This is my second time being serviced by this dealership and I am more than satisfied. Frankie worked on my vehicle and I am so grateful for the amount of care and attention that was put into making my vehicle functional and safe again, as I had more than one issue with it. Overall experience with the dealership has exceeded my expectations, in terms of communication and sense of urgency. Thank you so much!

the worst dealer I have ever seen they refused to repair my car due to the recall they said it was over but in fact it is dangerous because the company is responsible for any damage to this car. let's start first, no mechanic called you, secondly, your person at the reception refused to replace the front subframe, which is under recall, and he pointed at me that the recall ended in 18, how can the recall be over if it is a structural problem car, it's a subframe, it's very dangerous and you as a mitsubishi dealer should contact mitsubishi Canada 🇨🇦 yourself, how is it possible in general, there is a problem in the car not because of me, but because of mitsubishi and you don't want to solve it. If there is a structural problem of the car for which the mitsubishi brand has issued a recall, then mitsubishi should decide, not me.

The team was excellent when we bought our car. They were down to earth, reasonable, and flexible. There was an issue with the hitch installation but their service team communicated effectively and repaired the item effectively and resolved all concerns. We appreciate that they ensured that the work was done right which reflects on the integrity of their team and the service that they provide. We will definitely be back.

Terry is a Saint. They should name the place after him. Terry's Newmarket Mitsubishi. He doesn't discriminate and likes all colours of the rainbow. Service here is great. If they can cover repairs under warranty they will, otherwise pricing is reasonable given the premium level of service you receive.

Absolutely AMAZING experience! If you’re not completely sold on the incomparable warranty and outstanding craftsmanship , then the impeccable , friendly service will speak volumes in itself! If you have found yourself lucky enough to have Dale as your salesperson, you will find his comedic nature and product knowledge will put you at ease. Mitsubishi is truly in a class of their own , from quality to reassurance, they provide it all! My mom has had tremendous difficulties with vehicle choices in the past , but both Dale & the fine people of Mitsubishi have officially ended that nightmare ! Endless thank you’s, keep up the great work Mitsu Newmarket! 🙌🙌

I recently visited the Newmarket Mitsubishi service center seeking a simple oil change. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and I feel they taken advantage of me. The staff provided no explanations, and instead of a routine service, they charged me $700 without my consent. I also noticed that my car isn't properly tuned, and I feel like many of the promised services were not carried out. The staff FORCED me to pay an exorbitant amount without proper justification. This experience has left me not only dissatisfied but also questioning the integrity of Mitsubishi's service. Transparency and fair treatment are crucial, and unfortunately, I did not experience either during my visit.
